Gather for a deep dive into the selected bible verse(s) used for worship each week. No question is scoffed at and no opinion is sacred as the group views the passages through scholastic, historical, cultural, and political contexts - always yielding lively and stimulating conversation.

All are welcome, the group is facilitated by one of the members of the group, and meets every Saurday at 9:00 AM in the Sacred Space at LVUC. 

  • Why is the group called Waves? While the church was under construction there was no physical building to meet in, so the group met in the local Waves Coffee Shop... hence the name, even though the group now meets in the Sacred Space at Lynn Valley United every Saturday at 9am.
