Rev. Karen Millard began working with us in July 2023. Karen is our Transitional Coordinating Minister with a contract until July 2025. Karen has worked as the lead minister in Smithers BC (2007-2009) and Squamish BC (2009-2023). Prior to working as a full time minister, Karen worked as a youth worker/staff associate at North Lonsdale United Church. Karen has a background in youth work, social work and counselling. She also comes with a degree in Family Systems Theory Counseling. Karen looks forward to working with Lynn Valley United over the next couple years growing in faith and life together.
