I am excited to be permanently appointed to the ministry team at Lynn Valley United Church as Music Minister, Worship Leader & Producer. Even though I am relatively new to the business of congregational ministry, I look forward to sharing my passion for music with all of you. As a classically trained pianist I believe that all music, and the special place created during the performance of music, has the ability to affect, heal, change and move each of us with our connection to that which is more than us.
I also look forward to sharing my experience and education in the areas of, performance, event planning and production, music leadership and direction, vocal coaching and teaching in Sunday Worhsip, Drum Programs, the Community Choir and other musical events. In the past I have served as Artistic Director of a Victoria based music festival, performed in a variety of settings, coached singers and ensembles, directed children’s choirs, and produced special music events in a variety of settings.
To that end, as a believer that the Universe always provides for us, but not always in the way we think, we must trust and have faith and walk through any of the doors it provides for us. So, this position at LVUC is one of those doors. Let's walk through into the glorious and wonderful unknown and create something truly amazing together.
