Word is getting out since the wedding incident that this man Jesus is someone to pay attention to. We find him this week in his hometown synagogue and he is asked to read from the holy scriptures. Jesus unrolls the scroll and reveals to us an outline of his purpose and the Spirit-anointed plans. In the economy of Jesus, there is Good News for those who need it most. Our scripture this week is Luke 4: 14-21.
