Tiger's Eye Karate-Do
This week we have introduced a brand new program at LVUC which started this last Tuesday. Tiger's Eye Karate-Do will be renting our facility for the next 3 months as a trial. We are happy that we have some of our younger members attending. This program teaches self-confidence, resilience, and self-control. These concepts fit with our own development of Spiritual Practices at Lynn Valley United Church.
