Mini Labyrinth Training

Curious about how to use a labyrinth as a spiritual practice? Rhian will walk you through a basic training so you can deepen your experience, and perhaps even share it with someone else. We will cover a bit of history, ediquette and how to make the experience more spiritually rich. The workshop will end with a labyrinth walk.

All free! Please bring socks to wear in the labyrinth, lunch and a water bottle. Journals and pens are encouraged too!
